Dear Lord-Senator Danar Tassar,

As you are undoubtedly aware, the elections for the next chancellor are approaching rapidly. I plan on running for chancellor and would like your support.

I plan to create legislation to stimulate colonization and integrate the Union military with the militaries of members to create a defence comprised mostly of the fleets of members. To that end I would like to offer you the position of Minister of Defence.

I already have the support of Lady-Senator Dewa Lanadi of the Veolian Commonwealth. With whom I have agreed that proposals should be discussed by the cabinet internally before they are put to the senate for discussion or a vote. This way we can avoid resentment within the cabinet and ensure all it's members are properly represented, despite not being able to vote. I trust you will also agree this is a wise course of action, should you accept my offer.
