To all union members:

The government of the Veolian Commonwealth wants to acquire 3000 in two partitions:

1. 1000 starting on 233, at a rate of 100 per
2. 2000 starting on 237, with a rate between [200, 1700] per

Both partitions are to be delivered to the Smi-Halek system in 10 -5

The government of the Veolian Commonwealth is willing to pay:

1. At most 5.5 per if payment can start in 247 at 1500 per and completing payments in 257
2. At most 3.0 per if payment can start in 237 at 900 per and completing payments in 246

Bids that fulfil this tender only partially are welcomed, with preference being given to bids that completely fulfil a complete partition, before considering price per MTCF. If there is no combination of partial bids that fulfils the whole tender, no bids will be accepted.

This tender remains open until 2015-10-22 18:00.


Please include in your bid: the amount of you will deliver, which partition you want to deliver for, the payment conditions you have selected and the price per at which you are willing to deliver. (If your bid is part of a prearranged partial bid intended to form a fulfilling combination, please indicate this intention in your bid together with your prefered partner.)

The Astai Republic is interested in filling partition 1 and partially filling partition 2.

Partition 1:
The Astai Republic can deliver 100 per , starting 233, ending in 242 for a total of 1000 .
We can do this at a price of 4.0 per with payment starting in 247.

Partition 2:
The Astai Republic can deliver 50 per starting 237 and ending in 242, for a total of 300 .
The Astai Republic can deliver 150 per starting 243 and whenever the order is filled.
We can do this at a price of 4.0 per with payment starting in 247.


We presume that for partition 2, if you are not willing to accept a rate of 150 per instead of 200, the Praetorian Empire can fill any additional needs.

This does not meet your criteria of 200 per turn but does fulfill 2000 over 10 , which we think is still agreeable for you.
We offer these at a rate of 4.0 per.
We are willing to accept payments starting in 247.

The Veolian Commonwealth has selected, for the fulfillment of said partition, the following suppliers:

• Partition 1: House Oronui, at a rate of 100 per , at 3.8 per with payments starting in 247,
• Partition 2: The combination bid of the Astai Republic and the Sundarian Federation, delivering 2000 in 10 at a price of 4.0 per , with payments starting in 247.

With these two deals being agreed upon, we will contact the suppliers for the selected bids.

Dear mr. Noxim,

My apologies for selecting the combination bid by the Astai Republic and the Sundarian Federation. Though their bid does not match the requested rate, they do match the actual constraints of the project we intend to use the for. In the future, I shall make sure that the exact specifications of the project constraints are made known.

Of course, you will understand that I can not justify selecting the bid of the Praetorian Empire of another bid that fits our needs is 1000 cheaper.
