Unfortunately, any endeavour to incorporate and in the Novalia System is currently far to expensive. Requiring either terraformation to be done or megadome cities to be constructed. Neither of which the Bluethread Financial Group will have funds available for anywhere in the foreseeable future. Additionally we do not currently have sufficient funds available to aid in funding.

Regretfully, the Bluethread Financial Group will not be participating in the creation of these corporations.

The Hiocan Society has already two related corporations. This will become our third corporation and cost us 7000 to set-up. With our current tax flow it will also takes us 20 . We are now upgrading a few zones on Hio to increase our production and income and would like to finish this first. The start of the construction of a new Headquarter can start in 300 .

Furthermore, it might be interesting to cluster our current and future related corporations in and agglomeration.

We understand that your third corporation will cost 7000 . We get that you need about 20 to build your corporate headquarters on your own. However we are completely flabbergasted by the fact that you want to wait another 100 to corporate . The market has already been flooded with corporations of any other raw material. Without the required there will be a shortage of and soon.

We believe it is more reasonable to finish the construction of the corporations in 260. This still gives your faction ample time to construct some other zones and build the corporation. We will use this time to construct two corporations in the Praetorian Empire.

Although we understand your suggestion to form a conglomerate, we believe it is too soon to talk about such things if we don't have a completion date yet.

The Bluethread Financial Group has taken another look at your proposal to start a rare elements corporation and have decided we are interested after all.

As I told you in my last message, in order to create such a corporation we need to terraform Caosina. The Bluethread Group does not have sufficient funds to do this. If you are willing to pay for the terraformation of Caosina, however, we can join this effort.

The terraformation costs should be within reasonable rates, as Caosina already has a type 2 atmosphere with natural life.

We would like to arrange a meeting so we can discuss zone exchange terms and completion dates.

Due to the fact that we have our corporation ready for completion already we would like to finish these negotiations as soon as possible. I will have to be blunt with you and tell you that if we can not come to an agreement the Omnipotari Corporation will create a second corporation. This is due to the fact that corporating the is too important to the Praetorian Empire to fail and your faction responded in a later phase when our corporation already had a starting strategy planned out.

However having said this we see merrit in cooperation with your faction and want to make this deal work for the benefit of the Union.
With the large amounts of that we want to corporate the Omnipotari Corporation requires at least 10 zone rights and therefor we believe not limiting the zone rights for this corporation would be wise.

If your faction is still serious about the participation and is capable of completing the corporation in 248 we are willing to have fast negotiations about the finances to make sure we are on the same page. We could loan you some using our if speed would be a factor. When we have done these negotiations we believe it is best to inform the Hiocans and continue together with them about the other variables.

The Bluethread Financial Group believes an agreement is possible. By our estimates it should be possible to complete a headquarters in 248

We have received a quotation for the terraformation of Caosina. This would cost 5000 . We would like the Omnipotari Corporation to cover these costs.

I can understand that, with the amount of zone rights you want, you do not wish to limit these zone rights. Unfortunately, I fail to see any merit for the Bluethread Group in this. I will agree to start with an exchange of 3 zone rights and a set price of 500 per zone right for any further zone rights.

Now I understand you may be inclined to reject this proposal, but let me me give you a quick cost projection. By my estimates creating a second corporation yourself would require 16000 . However, if you agree to my proposal then your costs, for ten zone rights, would be as following: 5000 + 500 * 7 = 8500 . I have disregarded specialization costs as those need to be paid regardless. As you can see this would be just over half the cost of creating a second corporation yourself.

The Omnipotari Corporation is willing to invest a total of 7500 for 12 zone rights, with the completion of your headquarters in 248. Unfortunately this will be as high as we can go unless your faction is capable of offering more that is of value to us.

The income from the corporation itself is worth mentioning and gives us another reason why the cost of 16000 is still worth paying. The Praetorian Empire controls the largest part of the industry and the Emperor is willing to invest to consolidate a monopoly.

If your faction asks for such a large bribe when it comes to the Corporation as well we believe we have a serious problem in the future. However a positive attitude on this matter might provide a small shift in opinion for us on this matter.

I can only answer this from the view of the Omnipotari Corporation. We are willing to exchange zone rights with your faction. We should discuss this with the Hiocan Society as well. However I am also willing to accept a deal where we do not limit zone rights at all under the proposed investment scenario. We believe this is the most easy option to handle this situation with the Hiocan Society as well. Of course we can agree that when other factions want corporated that we will only sell to them for at least 500 per zone right, since they have not invested in the corporations.

Furthermore the initial exchange of goods would be wise to minimize the damage to all our economies. We see no problem in this matter with the enormous cargo capacity available in Praetorian Empire.

• Both the Hiocan Society and the Bluethread Financial Group are allowed to move the Corporate HQ of their corporation to the Lumo Duo System.
• The Bluethread Financial Group is allowed to sell specialization rights of the corporation that is created by the Omnipotari Corporation and the Praetorian Empire.

I believe these conditions to be reasonable considering the difference in the amount of zones we intend to specialize.

Unfortunately we can not comply with your second condition. We can not give you the permission to sell zone rights of our Corporations to third parties. If your faction has a buyer lined up will we consider the option and even give you a reseller fee but the Omnipotari Corporation controls the decision to sell to other factions.

Fortunately we are able to give you the first condition. We will allow both of your factions to move your headquarters to Tiamat in the Lumo Duo System if we can finalize this deal.
