The Praetorian Empire and the Sundarian Federation have acquired this technology from the Veolian Commonwealth under the condition that they do not transfer the technology to others. We are unaware of any agreements that the IO have made, but in our experience they do not fully understand how the trading of technology works in the real world.

We are willing to transfer the Micro-Singularity Power Extractors to the Astai Republic in exchange for 350 , conditional upon not transfering the technology to third parties.
