As we agreed upon earlier, I would like to present you with the summary of our discussion on the renegotiation and extension of the Veolian Commonwealth's and treaty with the Sundarian Federation.

We propose to extend the current treaty with an additional +250 , +250 , and +150 for a total of 600 , 600 and 150 per . The Veolian Commonwealth will continue to transfer 50 and 100 , and will transfer payments equal to 0.35 per good not compensated for with or . Additionally, the Veolian Commonwealth will transfer a lump sum of 1000 .

The transfer to the new situation is to be completed before 200. We shall renegotiate the treaty in 230, at which moment the following fallback options will be available at the least:

Dear Miss Serrah,

I'm most pleased that we have been able to reach a new agreement and I am more than happy to share our schedule for transitioning with you.

We are bound the ability of the IO-Protocol to supply us with much needed , and the next scheduled increase is in 197. We would also need to increase our production capabilities in order to increase our production. Fortunately we still have some time and already have sufficient capacity to produce the additional and .

I therefore propose to transition to the new terms in 197, to coincide with the increased deliveries of the IO-Protocol, in order to ensure maximum efficiency.

Optionally, looking at our reserves of both and , we would be able to increase the shipment of those products with an amount of 150 each effective immediately, should that prove to be of interest of the Commonwealth. We would be willing to offer these additional goods at a rate of 0.35 , as if already under the terms of our new arrangement.
