Dear members of the board of oversight,

I hereby open the vote on the following proposal:

Appointment of Director of the Djana Military Research Centre

The Board of Oversight recommends the appointment of mister Montarnis Aunzora, citizen of the Confederacy of Excaria, as the permanent director of the Djana Military Research Centre.

Mr. Aunzora will be compensated in full for his dedication as set out in the policies of the Centre. Costs made by mr. Aunzora's for the relocation of his immediate family will be reimbursed by the Centre as agreed upon during the contract negotiation.

The following Board of Oversight members may vote:

• Unified Republic of Darya
• Teprogrenaian Consensus
• Veolian Commonwealth

The options are Yes to vote in favour of the proposal or No to reject the proposal. The vote closes on 2015-01-29.
