It has been brought to my attention that our agreement for the exchange of 50 Veolian for 50 Sundarian , an agreement that was scheduled to be terminated in 180, has been continued by both parties.

Since this continuation by our respective suppliers has not put any other of our agreements in jeopardy, I propose to let this agreement continue indefinitely with the option to halt the trade after a 2 cancellation notice.

A week has passed since my previous letter. If we do not have confirmation of our proposal, we will consider our agreement cancelled after this turn, and shall withhold from further shipments.

Dear Miss Serrah,

At first allow me to apologize for the time it has taken us to draft a formal reply in response of your request. Many of our partners are ordinariry businessmen, small time dealers and entrepreneurs. They have been very fortunate to partake in such a profitable arrangement.

Making this endeavour a permanent one however, took a little more time and effort. We would not want to risk our good standing with the Commonwealth by one or several partners that aren't able to fulfil the obligations of the contract. In order to guarantee delivery, we have hence decided to form a new joint venture, in which the original suppliers each have a share equal to their participation in the original agreements. We also had to negotiate more permanent contracts with our suppliers of .

We are more then happy to accept your offer and are most pleased that the Commonwealth would entrust us with agreement that would secure a sufficient, steady flow of , which help to improve our businesses and solidify our position within the Sundarian market.

Dear Miaren Gwynlid,

The previous agreement between the Veolian Commonwealth and the Sundarian Federation was negotiated by mister Pendra, a known representative of the Sundarian government. We have, in fact, negotiated with mister Pendra several times for the continuation of this agreement.

Because of this, I will have to make inquiries as to your position and authority to negotiate a binding agreement in name of the Sundarian Federation. Until such time that you have been introduced we do not consider our proposed arrangement binding or agreed upon.

((OOC: An inquiry will be made at the Sundarian embassy on Unity to determine whether one 'Miaren Gwynlid' is authorized to negotiate a trade treaty. I am assuming that this they are authorized to negotiate a trade treaty between the Veolian Commonwealth and the Sundarian Federation; if this is not the case, please indicate so in this thread.))
