Dear members of the board of oversight,

I think we need to appoint a new director for the centre, so that we can each focus on the things we need to do, instead of the running of the centre. I have spent several months trying to locate suitable candidates, and have found that mister Aunzora, previously senator of Excaria, would be a fitting candidate.

He seems to share Bolv'ar's passion for the defence of the Union, and has shown he is not afraid to step up and speak his mind even on controversial topics. If you agree, I will extend an invitation for an interview to see if he is willing to take the job.
