The Astai Republic has finished incorporating Enthor with gasses corporations. As such we would like to start construction of a Utilities corporation to complement the large amount of gasses we have by now. We figured you would be interested in the construction of such a corporation.

This will cost us 6000 which we can have done by 167, though we could of course understand if you would require more time.

Dear Al Guidicianni,

I have conferred with those that are interested in continuing the development of our industries. Our projections show a cost of 9000 to establish a corporation. At this moment, the cost outweighs potential profits by a large margin: the development of Amird will be slower due to the unterraformed nature of the world, and we can not yet leverage our specialism with regards to the industry on that world.

If the Astai republic is willing to invest heavily to the sum of 2500 , the interested parties are willing to set up a joint venture together with the Astai Republic. The joint venture would consist of two corporate branches under the same management. The Veolian Commonwealth and the Astai republic would have equal rights to both zone specialisations and dividends; executive decisions can only be made with the consent of both parties.

((OOC: For the rules we need two corporations, but for the IC construct we can make a 'single' corporate entity with multiple branches. Think something like conglomerate joint venture. Of course, we would need a trite naming scheme to bind them together, something like:

So what you are proposing is that we construct a conglomerate with two branches for a total cost of 15000 , of which the Veolian Commonwealth pays 6500 and the Astai Republic pays 8500 .

We find this to be a fair deal as the Astai Republic stands most to gain from this deal, and I have recieved back word from the Ahlstorm Enterprise that they too are interested in such an expansion. When can you meet to discuss specifics?
