It is true that we of the Teprogrenaian Consensus are short of at this moment, and we believe that given the required products for both our factions we have a solid base for trade. Therefore we would like to trade,

However, at this moment we have no available trade capacity to the ACA, as all our trade fleets are occupied. As soon as 146, we have a fleet available for trade.

I took the liberty to correct a few linguistic errors in the agreement you sent. No doubt these where simple translation or transcription errors.

I also added that the ACA will send you 75 per . This would hardly seem like a fair trade otherwise and we wouldn't want problems because of an incorrect legal agreement now, would we?. If you agree this leads to the final agreement to be this:

The ACA agrees to the 2 cancellation period for one sided cancellation. Though we sincerely hope it will never come to this.
