We are happy to hear that the Veolian Commonwealth wishes to buy more (:mtcf)

. However the Praetorian Empire is not directly interested in payment in (:tax)

. We would like to acquire (:terraform)

to terraform Tiamat with Biogenesis. We have projected that we will require 7400 (:terraform)

for this project.

Although the Praetorian Empire wishes to swap the (:terraform)

Dear Dareal Noxim,

We are willing to make a separate deal for a set amount of (:mtcf)

instead of increasing our indefinite agreement.

Based upon our current commitments, and our continuing satisfaction with the economic aspects of our relation, we are willing to lower the price of (:terraform)

to 5.0

per

for this specific agreement. However, given the rate of (:mtcf)

delivery you propose, we would effectively be loaning you the capital needed to buy (:terraform)

from us. Therefore, we propose a slightly different scheme.

We will most likely be able to start delivering terraformation modules somewhere in (:turn)

153-155. Because of uncertainties in the production output, we propose to agree that a) one started, the rate of (:terraform)

delivery will not drop below 25 per turn, and b) the full amount of 7400 (:terraform)

is delivered before or on (:turn)

180.

We propose payment in two parts:

one part of 3500 to be delivered in 35 instalments of 100 each, starting 145
a second part of 21 250 in 25 instalments of 850 each, starting in 155

Of course, we will notify you of the exact start turn of the (:terraform)

delivery in advance.
