Dear members of the board of oversight,

We have recently received a request from Professor Komian, a researcher from the Hiocan Society, to collaborate on the analysis and possible development of a strategically relevant research line. Attached you will find his communication.

The Veolian Commonwealth thinks the Hiocan Society would be a valuable member of this research centre, if their claims are true. Effort is currently underway to retrieve professor Komian and the artifact. In the meantime, we should discuss the possibility of allowing the Hiocans to join the research centre.

We have each had 3 months to think over the situation. The Veolian Commonwealth is of the opinion that the Hiocan Society has shown to be a strong ally in research, and hopes to extend them an invitation to join the Djana Military Research Centre.

The Research Consult is willing to collaborate with the Hiocan Society for the research. However the Military Consult is sceptic to have the Hiocans as permanent partners. The Consensus is that we are willing to research this technology together as a start. If the cooperation pleases, we can discuss options for more permanent cooperation.
