The Djana Military Research Centre is willing to make the Compacted Defence Technology available to the Union under one of the following constraints.

We propose to license the technology to the Union for free, provided it is only for the single use of constructing a planetary defence grid on Unity, and the required materials are bought from either the Veolian Commonwealth, the Teprogrenaian Consensus or the Unified Republic of Darya for a maximum price of 4.5 per and 0.6 per .

Alternatively, we are willing to license the technology to the Union for 100 , provided it is only for the single use of constructing a planetary defence grid on Unity. In this case, the Union is free to acquire the necessary components through other channels.

Thank you for your quick reply. We are willing to go for option 1 and buy the goods from the proposed factions for a price of 4 / and 0.4 / .

If these factions are not willing to sell for this price we will choose option 2 and start a public tender.

We would like to complete the Planetary Defence Grid in or before 130.
