The Genetic Lineage Analysis technologies full under the auspices of House Khaw. They have asked me to arrange the necessary treaties, and have expressed a desire to assist the Praetorian Empire, and any other Union member, with such matters.

To this end, I propose the following treaty:

Genealogical Archives Proliferation Treaty

This is a treaty between the Veolian Commonwealth and the Praetorian Empire.

• The Veolian Commonwealth transfers the Genetic Lineage Analysis technology to the Praetorian Empire. In exchange, the Praetorian Empire transfers 250 to the Veolian Commonwealth.
• The Veolian Commonwealth makes its library of species analysis technologies available to the Praetorian Empire, with a price of 250 per species analysis technology.
• The Praetorian Empire will offer the Veolian Commonwealth the option to collaborate on the development of species analysis technologies. Should the Veolian Commonwealth opt to collaborate, they will contribute 250 and in exchange the Praetorian Empire will transfer the technology to the Veolian Commonwealth upon its completion.
• For each sale of the jointly researched species analysis from the library of the Veolian Commonwealth, the Praetorian Empire will receive 125 .
• The Praetorian Empire will not transfer the Genetic Lineage Analysis or any species analysis technologies to others.

As you can see from the proposed treaty, we are looking to subsidize the spread of these technologies, while at the same time ensuring the availability of specific species analysis technologies through maintaining a library of technologies with a strong authority. In effect, your world will only carry the cost of the development of analysis methods for your species, while we carry the cost of the development of the Genetic Lineage Archives.

Unrelated to the proposed treaty, we can offer you the Micro-Singularity Power Extraction technology for 1000 , conditional on your world not transferring the technology to third parties.

We accept all three proposals. Under the proposed contract we would like the Veolian Commonwealth to collaborate on researching the Praetorian lineage in exchange for the Twi'lek lineage technology. Since we would like to complete our Praetorian Racial Upgrade of our upcoming genealogical archives in 129 we propose the following schedule.

The Praetorian Empire transfers 1250 to the Veolian Commonwealth in 121.
The Veolian Commonwealth tranfers the Micro-Singularity Power Extraction, Genetic Lineage Analysis and Twi'lek Genetic Lineage Analysis technologies to the Praetorian Empire in 121.

The Praetorian Empire researches the Praetorian Genetic Lineage Analysis in 122-126.
The Praetorian Empire builds their own Genealogical Archives in 122-126.
The Veolian Commonwealth ships 400 and 400 to the Praetorian Empire in 122-126.

The Praetorian Empire transfers the Praetorian Genetic Lineage Analysis to the Veolian Commonwealth in 127.

The Praetorian Empire upgrades their Genealogical Archives with the Praetorian Upgrade in 127-129.
The Veolian Commonwealth ships 350 and 350 to the Praetorian Empire in 127-129.

The Praetorian Empire ships 200 / to the Veolian Commonwealth in 123-142

This financing is required due to the high demand of terraformation at the moment. If you can loan us this sum, we agree to the terms.
