L.S.,

Gentlemen, I hereby inform you that trade with the Astrian Colonial Authority is temporarily suspended starting in (:turn) 121.

Due to the Mandalorian Fleets currently in our sector it is simply to dangerous to safely travel trough the sector without a proper military escort. An escort we are currently not able to provide.

I understand this creates losses for all parties and if you should wish to cancel your trade deal with the ACA instead we understand. We can resume trade or create new deals when the threat of the Mandalorians has subsided.

I thank you all for your understanding.

Sincerely,
Lady-Senator Maria Latharion

Dear Lady-Senator Maria Latharion,

We understand that your faction is not capable of protecting all trade in your sector. We have no choice but to accept the suspension of trade. We agree that we can not risk losing the battle for a few 100 (:tax). We have heard rumors that your own military fleet is protecting your holonet relay station. We are wondering if this is even economically viable.

Greetings,
Ardios Eldrilith

Dear Lady-Senator,

The Sundarian Federation understands that under the current conditions, maintaining an active trade is not possible. As this is clearly a situation that warrant special consideration, we have no choice to accept the suspension neither shall we hold your world accountable for any losses we might incur.

Once the Mandalorian threat has been dealt with and subsided, we are willing to discuss terms under which the trade between our faction may be resumed and perhaps better adjusted to the demands of that time.

Yours sincerely,

Thomas J.G. Pendra

Dear Lady-Senator Maria Latharion,

Of course we understand the circumstances. We will wait until the mandelorian threat has been crushed and then we will see about resuming trade. We will be fine under this minor reduction in profit. We hope the Astrian Colonial Authority will also come out well.

Yours sincerely,
Al Guidicianni

We will resume trade at that point unless you specify otherwise.

Dear Lady-Senator Maria Latharion,

Although or faction disagrees with some of the choices your faction has made during the war we believe our trade agreement is too profitable to revoke.

We will start shipping in (:turn) 133.

Greetings,
Dareal Noxim

Dear Lady-Senator Maria Latharion,

Due to significant changes in our economic situation I'm afraid that a simple continuation of the trade agreement would not be in our best interest. We are however willing to negotiate new options for trade that might be beneficial to both the ACA as well as the Sundarian Federation.

We are interested in stable long term trades in which we have the option of acquiring either (:food) , (:healthcare) or (:utilities). What we could offer in return however, remains to be seen. I realise that these condition might not be favourable to the ACA as our economies are rather similar in output.

Therefore we are also willing to discuss terms under which we can terminate our existing arrangement.

Let me know which the ACA prefers.

Yours sincerely,
Thomas J.G. Pendra
