The Astai Republic can provide you with 300 and 260 per . We can do this for long amounts of time, given a ramp up period, as with such large quantities as you yourself have suggested we do not have these lying about.

We can do this at a price of 258 per turn. This values a at 0.6 and the at 0.3. We can do this for the first 52 after which we can offer you a cheaper rate of 232 per . This helps us set up the infrastructure necessary.

We can start the construction of the necessary infrastructure immediately. Our current budget however is quite limited and we might be able to ramp up to the required level over a period of 20 . This could be shortened significantly if we can work out some sort of investment scheme.

We valuate the at 0.6 as well but we valuate the at 0.2 . This is based on the zones required to create twelve-set value while paying Union tax in bracket 2.

We are willing to invest a large amount of between 120 and 130 when using the valuations above. How much investment is required and what is the minimum completion time required?

Of course for such long standing high-valued trade partners such as the Praetorians we can deliver at 0.2 each.

To have the entire industry up to speed in 130 would require an investment of about 13,000 . Luckily however the atmosphere on Enthor should be improved knocking the whole down to 9500 . We can ensure that we can pay at least 1000 of this ourselves, and we still have some stuff lying around, so that we would need another 6000 before 127, in even shipments of 1000 / . This could be paid back over 26 with the delivery of the goods with your proposed valuations.
