Dear members of the board of oversight,

I hereby open the vote on the following proposal:

Sale of Compacted Defence Facilities to the Praetorian Empire

• The Djana Military Research Centre sells the Compacted Defence Facilities technology to the Praetorian Empire
  
  • The Praetorian Empire will not tranfer this technology to third parties
  • The Praetorian Empire will pay 200 for the technology, with the Unified Republic of Darya and the Teprogrenaian Consensus receiving 67 , and the Veolian Commonwealth 66
  • The technology will be transfered in 117
• The Praetorian Empire will acquires the necessary and by constructing them themselves, or by buying them from the Teprogrenaian Consensus, Unified Republic of Darya or the Veolian Commonwealth.
• The Teprogrenaian Consensus and the Unified Republic of Darya respectively pay 0.25 to the Veolian Commonwealth per sold to the Praetorian Empire for the construction of Planetary Defence Grids.

• Veolian Commonwealth
