For the past two turns the Astai Republic and the Veolian Commonwealth have been trading in for . This has been done in a rather ad-hoc manner, but since it has worked out so well we would like to formalize this deal.

We propose to set this up as a deal that lasts until one side cancels it. A single side having to give 3 notice before they can cancel the deal. If both sides want to cancel then that would be that.

For the matter of quantity, we would like to trade 180 for 80 .
