The Djana Military Research Facility will offer your faction the use of the Compacted Defence Facilities technology, conditional upon the following:

• The Hiocan Society will not transfer this technology to third parties,
• The Hiocan Society will acquires the necessary and by constructing them themselves, or by buying them from the Teprogrenaian Consensus, Unified Republic of Darya or the Veolian Commonwealth,
• The Hiocan Society will pay 200 for the technology, with the Unified Republic of Darya and the Teprogrenaian Consensus each receiving 67 , and the Veolian Commonwealth 66 .

If you agree, we shall transfer the technology to you in 104. The payment can be made at any time before 104, I expect you to include a timetable of your intended payments, should you choose to accept our offer.

We thank you for you quick reply. We accept your offer as we see no problems with the license and buying capital ships from you for a reasonable prize. In turn 104 we will pay the full amount.

Furthermore we are very much interested in your research facilities and capacity. We would like to participate, but we know we are a small world and can not contribute much in tax. We would like to share our knowledge and insights by sending some of our top-researchers. I am looking to further cooperation with the Djana Military research centre.

We are glad that you accept the offer, I am sure that this will be a bridge to further fruitful agreements.

I am afraid that we are not looking for research partners at this moment. The Djana Centre was just established, and it took considerable time to hammer out all the details with regards to the location, the applicable legislation and the division of work. Right now, we would like to focus on actually improving our military capabilities. However, I shall pass your request on to the Board of Oversight, but I can give no guarantees.
