[ Mail ] To senator Acehtoo: Donations towards Bozzy Spine upkeep reduction

Dear senator Acehtoo,
Exploratory research has shown that it is possible to optimize the current infrastructure around the bozzy spine. By integrating the hyperspace lanes in our home sectors into the bozzy spine we can save upkeep cost. The current cabinet is looking into the possibilities of reducing the first tax bracket with 25
by improving the maintenance and upkeep efficiency of the Bozzy Spine.
Our current estimates show that this union scale special project requires two phases. Both phases can be implemented separately. In the first phase we recalibrate all the current hyperspace lanes costing a total of 25 000, this should save us the necessary amount to lower tax bracket 1 with 25 for each Union member.
The second phase is of no concernt right now but will cost us about 10 000, 2500 
and 500 
.
We have gathered 15 000 of the necessary 25 000 by putting the contingency budgets of the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Justice, and half of the Ministry of Finance's budgets together. We are hoping that either the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, headed by your ally the Holy Heimgolian Theocracy, or the Ministry of Defence adds their contingency budget.
The last 5 000 we wish to acquire by donations from a few select world. This would be a very generous gesture, and would certainly weight heavily during the next elections...
The Veolian Commonwealth is willing to support this endavour from their own coffers, with a sum of 1000, and I have heard the Praetorian representative commit another 1000 , if we can convince one of the two ministries to join in.
I would like to know your opinion on this, as it would make a good gesture for any new candidate to support the Union in such an obvious way. Those that approve of cooperation will like this, and those that wish to fill their coffers will welcome the tax reduction.
