Dear Senator Ardios Eldrilith,

I, Fecta Curssum, am appointed to be any trades between the Empire and the Consensus.

The Teprogrenaian Consensus thanks you and accepts the offer. From (:turn) 87 we are able to process the goods. Therefore we propose to let the deal go from (:turn) 87 to (:turn) 96. We are looking forward to your kind reply.

Yours sincerely,
Fecta Curssum, Negotiator Teprogrenaian-Praetorian Trade

Dear Senator Ardios Eldrilith,

I has come to our attention that you have not send the required gasses, thereby breaking our deal. We of the Consensus are willing to turn a blind eye to this mistake if the Empire send for two extra turns the (:crystals) and (:gas) . Otherwise we see ourself forced to take legal actions.

Yours sincerely,
Fecta Curssum, Negotiator Teprogrenaian-Praetorian Trade

Dear Senator Ardios Eldrilith,

To prevent any ambiguities: This proposal is of course given that the Praetorian Empire start this very turn with keeping their end of the bargain.

Yours sincerely,
Fecta Curssum, Negotiator Teprogrenaian-Praetorian Trade

Dear Fecta Curssum,

Our (:utilities) delivery was delayed due to some unexpected diplomatic hurdles. The shipment will still be on time.

Dear,

Although that is not what is agreed upon in our deal, the Consensus is feeling very forgiving and accept a payment in in (:utilities) as well from now on. Still, even after a double check we still came to the conclusion that the Empire didn't sent the Consensus the agreed upon amount of (:gasses) in the previous two (:turn), so our earlier statement still stands: We of the Consensus are willing to turn a blind eye to this mistake if the Empire send for two extra turns the (:crystals) and (:gas), where the (:gasses) may now be paid in (:utilities). Otherwise we see ourself forced to take legal actions.

Yours sincerely,
Fecta Curssum, Negotiator Teprogrenaian-Praetorian Trade

Dear Fecta Curssum,

It seems we have a big misunderstanding. One of your associates already agreed that (:utilities) would suffice in (:turn) 87, since they have at least equal value as 2 (:gas). Furthermore Senator Danar Tasser offered our faction a share of the profit from the exchange of these raw materials. If your faction is no longer willing to give the Praetorian Empire a share we will only be able to provide you with the 165 (:crystals) in exchange for the 70 (:information) for the upcoming 7 (:turns). As a token of good will we transfered an additional 23 (:emds) and 23 (:healthcare) to your faction this (:turn) that provides your faction with 46 more 9-sets.

Thank you for your patience.

Greetings,
Senator Ardios Eldrilith

Dear Senator Ardios Eldrilith,

Can you please send us the trade agreement you mentioned? As our administration states that your faction offered: 'We can offer your faction 100 (:gasses) and 165 (:crystals) / (:turn) in return for 70 (:information) / (:turn) for a duration of 10 (:turns).' As seen in the first message.

Yours sincerely,
Fecta Curssum, Negotiator Teprogrenaian-Praetorian Trade

Dear Fecta Curssum,

This was a verbal agreement. Our faction was under the impression that this exchange was part of the left over exchange that Senator Tasser mentioned, this exchange is based on tax value and updated every (:turn). I understand now that this was not the case for your faction. I propose to clarify the deal.

Since you are using these materials to increase your tax sets we propose to offer your faction 265 raw materials worth of goods that increase your tax sets in exchange for the 70 (:information) for the remaining duration of the original offer. In this case 50 products is valued the same as 100 raw materials.

This does not limit our quickly changing economy and ensures that your faction has a stable tax flow from these materials. All remaining goods after the 265 will be used for the leftovers exchange as proposed by Senator Tasser.

You can keep our share of the leftovers exchange for this (:turn).

Greetings,
Senator Ardios Eldrilith

Dear Ardios Eldrilith,

That clarifies the problem. We accept the proposed solution and will make no longer a problem out of it.
