I finished the first version of the Race Builder, that allows players to easily construct new races. It is fully functional in IE9+ and Firefox 11+ (and probably everything else, but I didn't test for that)

I'm still working on icons for the Racial Characteristics, but once they are finished, they will update automatically.

Currently the Race Builder does not yet support multiple High Fecundity entries, but neither does the data model on the wiki, and no races currently have this feature, so I do not consider it a priority until the wiki data model is updated.
