Hi everyone,

I have worked a bit on the tax tool to give it some speedups. Both the time it take to get the data (with the gray-black progress bar) and the actual tax set making (with the six coloured progress bars) should be a little faster now.

Unfortunately, I have not yet had a chunk of time to set aside for reworking the tool.
