I'm a tad confused as to the limitations on Holonet Relay completions. There was a discussion on this a while back, regarding using system based resources to construct Holonet Relay Stations all over the place and something regarding construction fleets to expand the number you can build at any one time, but I cannot for the life of me find the rules for it. All I can find is a note in the Completions page that you can complete only one Holonet Relay Station per sector, but that doesn't appear to match what I recall regarding this. I also cannot find the final proposal in the rules pages anywhere.

Does anyone know what search term to use or perhaps whether the information still needs to be given a page on the wiki? In any case, if I remember correctly and there is a limit, the completions page probably needs to be updated.

The rules overhaul has only been discussed at the write-a-thon. It has not yet been proposed since I still have to make a single coherent proposal based on Rules vagueness: Special Projects and Completion Limit and "Teleporting" construction goods. Before the rules can be changed, I'll have to make a proposal for people to review and such o_O'

For now, you'll have to use the rules as they are currently on the wiki. (Which does indeed not match what was discussed with regards to the effect the new rules are going to have.)

Don't feel rushed, I have no particular need of these rules right now - I was simply under the impression that there were rules of this nature, and I could not find what they were. I am perfectly content with the current situation.
