[Mercury]

I spent most of the day upgrading the server and host machine. They have been backed up and are now up to date with security patches and such once more.

I attempted an upgrade to 14.04 LTS for the client (host already has this version), but certain limitations in the virtualization make this upgrade unmanageable, so I stuck it with 12.04 LTS

If you are reading this, everything is back in working order.
