Corrected misinformation on Gas Giant pages

General notice:
I have corrected the misinformation present on the pages of Brown Dwarf, Jovian Giant and Ice Giant. Since their creation these pages incorrectly listed that only Gasses Zones can be built on these worlds; they have been corrected to clearly list that Gasses Zone, Gasses Augmentation Zone, and Power Zone are allowed.
The error has been present since the creation of these three pages on 2012/02/25, while the correct information was present on the Gas Giants page as early as 2011/10/17 17:46.
Normally, I would simply correct the error and move on. In this case someone only noticing an edit on e.g. the Brown Dwarf page would miss the context of the edit. Notice that this is not a rules change, but simply a correction of an error.
