Besides the regular open market, for the next 5
(specifically turn 119, 120, 121, 122 and 123), there will be a black market for
. The black market allows you to sell weapons for 2.5
per
. Any player can benefit from this.
However, there is a catch. Black market weapons can cause problems which will become apparent after the 5 turns. The exact consequences depend on the total number of
sold to the Black Market over the entire union. The total trouble will be linearly related to the number of weapons sold in terms of expected economic cost, though I will not say by what factor. (It could be half, it could be double ^_^).
Because of the free traffic between all union members, the consequences will be spread over all union members, regardless of whether or not they actually sold any on the black market!

How does this work and how do we have to write this down? Because the turn reports and the tax tools are basically public knowledge. Can we make a note where we say that we sell them to the black market and that this is not public knowledge (for obvious reasons?)
What kind of
is used, if any? (I presume that it would be
, if it would be any)

You can make a trade to send
to the black market just as if you were selling it to the open market, but with different prices. You may presume this trade is private. If you feel the need you can add [PRIVATE] to this entry. Regardless, you should make a separate manual note in your turn report listing "I sold X
to the black market, earning Y
, and then add it to your total income. This saves me kilometers of pain.As far as I'm concerned the black market dealing is private, but I -do- need to know how much you spend OOCly, since it influences the SL.

There will be no
used for selling
on the black market. The black market has its own strange mechanics for handling this illegally and the cost of this is included in the price.
