The Lifebringer Clans - Faction
I'm continually curious what the admin is up to.
What systems are currently being developed, is there an ETA for things, etc?

Praetorian Empire - Faction
I am wondering when there will be a Core world election.
Furthermore it would be nice to focus on the role-play now, group the NPC factions and have more role-play events.

Mercury - Storyteller
There is an election scheduled for turn 16, though the first events in relation to this will happen in turn 14 and 15.
Currently under development is the system regarding Jedi characters. I don't have an ETA on that yet, but I hope to get a lot of work done this week as I have some time off.
I have already decided there won't be a detailed system on the level of D&D - so character creation should be a lot simpler, which also means less design work for me, but I want to provide enough options to allow for interesting characters.
Expect there to be a similar policy of free form "design your own rules" base as there is for the system creation rules. Just like you can create your own climates, specials, etc. you will have the option of designing your own force powers and the likes.
I have taken some special consideration for the fact that this is a forum based system (with the option of running an occasional encounter via chat), which has several implications on the way the system works - for example, this means interrupts are difficult (you can't interrupt someone half-way through a post easily) while normal things like "turn order" are relevant especially if not all players have the same frequency of forum visits. I want the system to be robust enough to deal with those limitations.
Additionally, I am taking the lightsaber as a weapon into account - lightsabers are rather brutal weapons which easily cut off limbs. Armour is basically useless. That provides an interesting combat dynamic leading me to decide on a system that does not work with hit-points as most regular systems do.
RP wise, I have the elections upcoming, and some interesting revelations which will be of intergalactic political relevance. I also plan to make a few news posts and Wiki entries to provide some insight into the workings of Jedi before the rules are finalised.
That's all on relatively short term, but I cannot give you a real ETA yet. I hope to make some significant progress in the coming week however.
