So... Chriz and I made a draft of the Union budget. As per Turn 80 Election note we used Mercury's new categorization of regular, operational and contingency.

Though we can write a long explanation here, we'd much rather not do that. Instead, we'll answer questions with regard to the budget as fast as humanly possible.

The Union Budget looks great to me! I am in favour of approving this.
I have seen it, but not studied it yet. I will try to remember to look into it and give my unprofessional opinion about it. ;)
The budget looks good to me.
It looks nice. No suggestion for improvement yet.
During the write-a-thon, we decided to remove the investment option altogether (based on the discussion in Union-wide projects unfeasable?).
We will account for the high costs of the Bozzy Spine by ruling that there is a technology in place to reduce the costs (by taking advantage of the scale of the Bozzy Spine)
