Now that I have more time available, I have decided to do a more thorough audit than normal. I have worked through each of your bookkeeping pages as well as doing the superficial checks normally done during turn auditting. This has led me to discover several serious issues, with players simply violating the game rules in blatant ways.

Below I will explain how the results in this post will affect you. If you have complaints about this, or are of the opinion that my judgement of your specific situation is not correct, I suggest you open a new OOC thread. I want to be fair in this, and give every grievance the attention it deserves. To do so, I want to keep the discussion in the public forums, and separate from the turn auditting of this specific turn. Therefore, I will not reply to PMs or posts in this thread with comments, questions or criticism of this matter.

Because giving everyong the Failed stamp and simply demanding that you fix everything is not all that useful, there will be a grace period for everyone to get their stuff together and fix the issues. I have marked problems as follows:

• : All problems marked with a need to be fixed this turn; if you have no your report is effectively approved for now,
• : All other problems, marked with , need to be fixed within 4 . That is, starting with 255 I will start handing out Failed results to everyone has not fixed these problems, and you'll have to deal with the consequences of not getting your turn report approved at all.

This may sound harsh, but I feel that this is already a lenient solution, since many of you seem to have been violating the rules for some time now.

Global remarks

I first give some notes that apply to several players. All these issues need to be fixed in 255.

• There are outdated trade fleet listings where you have either unupdated fleet capacities or trade volumes listed with the trades to a trading partner. This applies to everyone, an the associated turn report result will be: Denied,
• The Praetorian Empire completely consumes the 10000 hyperspace lane capacity in their sector 12 -8. This means that the following worlds with trades to the Lumo Duo system calculate with the wrong trade factor (it should be +0.5 higher), which leads to bigger fleet requirements. Here is the list and, if applicable, the turn report result this alone would get you:
  • Astai Republic (fleet big enough for new volume),
  • Astrian Colonial Authority (fleet too small for current and new volume of 826): Failed,
  • Hiocan Society (fleet too small for new volume 3692): Failed,
  • Sundarian Federation (fleet big enough for new volume),
  • Teprogrenaian Consensus (fleet too small for current and new volume 3289): Failed,
  • Veolian Commonwealth (fleet big enough for new volume)
  (In all honesty, I think it is the job of the Praetorian Empire to notify their trading partners of this fact, since they are the only one with a good overview of their sectors hyperspace lane usage. However, it is everyone's responsibility to pay attention to such things.)

Specific Audits

The following is the traditional turn report status information, I have ordered the problems with the most egregious first. I have also listed two results: the first result is the overall result, taking into account both problems that you need to fix right now, and problems that need to be fixed in 255. The result noted as "[ Status for now ]" is the result for this turn only, taking into account only problems that you need to fix right now.

Astai Republic: Denied (minor error) -- [ Denied for now ]

• Your bookkeeping lists your trade to both the Teprogrenaian Republic and the Astrian Colonial Authority as being flown by Trade Fleet 5. Furthermore, Trade Fleet 5 has a capacity of 700, which is not enough to carry the necessary 1650 to the Novalia System.
  Note: Most likely you intended for Trade Fleet 6 to fly the route to the ACA, it is unassigned, and has enough capacity.

IO Protocol: Approved

Teprogrenaian Consensus: Failed (trade over capacity) -- [ Approved for now ]

• You need a capacity of 2542 to ship all the goods listed as intended for the Praetorian Empire to their system. Seeing how you have 5 trade fleets, 5 worlds you need to ship to, and your largest fleet is 2500 , you can not ship this amount without stopping deliveries to another world.
• Your bookkeeping page lists no trade fleet to the Sundarian Federation, yet you need at least 1066 there.

• Your bookkeeping page lists no trade fleet to the Hiocan Society, yet you need at least 210 there.

Praetorian Empire: Failed (double use of trade fleet, magic production of ) -- [ Failed for now ]

• Your bookkeeping lists no trade fleet for trade to the Nashira-Mira System; assuming that you intended for Trade Fleet Olchamiza (Settlement) to fly this route, you seem to ship goods both to and from the settlement with this one trade fleet: this is not allowed. Only outposts have the magicaly "two-way fleet" power, settlements require two normal fleets to ship both to and from.
• You claim 480 in "Black Hole GET" with the note "temp rares before combine", yet you only receive 143 Solektra Rare Elements and 143 Actinide Material Rare Elements, you can combine those with your own to produce at most 429 .
• Summing up the cargo of all your trades not marked as "(not using own hyperspace lane)" gives the total of 10332, which is 332 over the lane capacity.

Sundarian Federation: Failed (illegal income) -- [ Denied for now ]

• You spend 66 , and receive 62
• You have a "Electronics corporate share Income" trade that magically generates our of nowhere. Since you have no Electronics corporation this is an illegal source of income.
• You have no up-to-date fleet assignements at all, consider this a warning for coming week. Since you state trade fleet assignments with the note "latest update 197" I have assumed that the assignments have not changed for my capacity check. Furthermore, I have assumed that your holonet bookkeeping is up to date to determine what needs shipping per fleet -- if it is not, consider yourself warned twice.
  Note: Given that, you appear to have enough capacity on each route that is explicitly assigned.
• Your bookkeeping lists no trade fleet to the IO Protocol, yet you need at least 279 there.

Hiocan Society: Failed (double use of trade fleet, failed trade) -- [ Failed for now ]

• Your bookkeeping lists that you use Trade Fleet 4 to ship goods from My'enru to the Hikari Outpost, yet at the same time ship goods from the Hikari outpost to My'enru. Since you are not the actual owner of the outpost, you are not allowed to ship goods from the outpost. The export of goods from the outpost should be done by the ACA.
• Furthermore, the trade called "Hikari Outpost production" failed (see hikari outpost tax tool), which means that those goods can not be imported into the My'enru system regardless.

i have adjusted my use of to match my production.
with regards to my "illegal" Electronics corporate income, this is the result of the deals made when constructing these corporations with the Praetorian Empire and Astrain Colonial Authority. I'll leave a note to reflect that with the trade (and prove it: see praetorian bookkeeping under Corporate Income)

concerning the IO protocol trade I have arranged for these goods to be shipped by the Praetorian Empire since I do not have enough trade fleets. They are counted and handled as such, yet for administrative reasons have stayed on direct trade listing to the IO in order to not break my head.
