[The Lifebringer Clans]

((OOC: An appropriate amount of time after the original inquiries, this summit is organised by the Lifebringer Clans. The Lifebringer Clans will have asked each attending delegation what sort of accomodations they require. The Clans' intended format for this summit is a formal opening, with a small delegation of each nation present. Political figures of each participating nation can make a little speech about cooperation and the Union being great, etc. After this, financial delegations of all participating nations meet in private, for a three-day summit, which hopefully leads to a nice declaration of intent to cooperate. The Clans hope that, possibly after additional meetings, a document will be produced that can be signed and ratified as a treaty.

If other nations object to this structure, I will consider these objections to be voiced before the summit begins. The Lifebringer Clans will then propose a smaller, private summit. If necessary, I will adapt my opening post accordingly. ))

The conference halls of the Lifebringer Clans Embassy is a state of the art piece of architecture. The hallways, offices and auditoria are spacious enough to accomodate the largest of union races (even a Hutt palanquin could move through these halls), and the technology suffusing the building has elevated accomodationism to an art form. Everything from temperature to available light spectrum and atmospheric composition is controlled. The large auditorium is set to Union standards, while smaller conference rooms are programmed to maintain a happy medium between the negotiating partners.

For the occasion, the center is decorated with the signs (think banners, flags, colors) of the Union and the participating nations. These nations are the Socialist Republic of Niom, the Sundarian Federation, the Veolian Commonwealth and the Lifebringer Clans.

The Ambassador of the Lifebringer Clans gives a brief opening speech, in which he does little more than announce these participants and invite the Clans' Senator to speak. The Senator, in turn, gives a speech, in which she thanks the participants for coming and expresses the wish for a fruitful meeting. She also praises the Union for providing the environment in which such a varied group of nations can collaborate.

After this speech, the Ambassador invites the representatives of the other nations to speak.

[Lady Peinaili de Montrève]

After the Sundarian delegation settles, one of the Lady Montrève's personal aides and financial liaison takes a turn to speak:

" First off, we would like to thanks the Ambassador of the Lifebringer Clan for hosting this event and the hospitality with which we are received here, for that you have our thanks. Secondly i would kindly urge everyone to participate in the upcoming negotiations, so that we may reach a fair and beneficial agreement for all interested parties. "

[Veolian Commonwealth]

The Veolian representative, who despite her apparent age walks with a youthful spring in her step, introduces herself as lady Khaw Rohana. After introducing herself she speaks the mandatory words about the necessity of economic cooperation and returns to her seat.

The most notable thing about her is the complete lack of aides or assistants -- she appears to be the complete Veolian delegation.
