[The Lifebringer Clans]

The Lifebringer Clans communicate the following message to the financial liasons of all Union members:

"The Lifebringer Clans would like to support the free spread of information throughout the Union by developing a Corporate Partnership in .

Our aim is to begin construction of our own corporate infrastructure around Turn 8-10.

We are looking for those nations with existing Corporations as well as those with significant production and an interest in starting a Corporation to join us in setting up a system for the exchange of goods.

We believe we can develop a system where any number of corporations can join, on equal terms. It would even be possible to join this partnership after its initial setup. In order to facilitate this, we also ask partners with long-term interests in , but who lack the means to start a Corporation in the short term, to join our negotiations.

Once we have two other interested parties, negotiations will open."

After receiving this message from one of her aides, the Lady de Montrève seeks the privacy of her quarters to communicate with High Lord Yllia on Glasslyn.

"Chancellor, I have received word from one of the other members of the Union, in which interest is expressed for a beneficial proposal on a Cooperation for Information. I feel that we could benefit from this proposal and should take this matter under serious advisement. All the information about the costs of forming a cooperation, the benefits of such a project and the possibilities involving loans from the Ministry of Finance are attachments."

The direct line goes silent for moment as High Lord Yllia studies the received data, and consults briefly with his own advisors, after which a reply follows:

"My Lady, while we study this information in more detail, you have our permission to continue negotiations on this matter. I must say you do your work thoroughly and present a rather strong case, which almost makes my own advisors useless.. maybe... .

Several moments later, the following communique is sent from the office of Lady Peinailli de Montrève, Senator of the Sundarian Federation:

" The Sundarain Federation sees it in her interest to enter negotiations for such an agreement as proposed by the Lifebringer Clans. "

[Veolian Commonwealth]

The Veolian Commonwealth economic liaison replies with the following message:

"The Veolian Commonwealth is interested in the proposed joint venture. We wish to participate in the negotiations and will begin determining the economic requirements for the creation of corporate infrastructure of such a magnitude. With a production over of over 600 per week we hope to participate in said joint venture as a full partner.

Depending on the negotiated terms, we can schedule construction of the necessary infrastructure starting from turn 11. However, since the initial investment is 5000 , the end turn of the construction is difficult to estimate."

The following message is sent from the Lifebringer Clans Embassy, to all financial liasons:

"Dear reader,

The Lifebringer Clans are glad to report we have already received communications from two other interested parties regarding our proposed joint venture in . We take these speedy replies as a favorable sign, and would like to begin intial negotiations in the short term. As a venue, we propose the conference halls of the Lifebringer Clan Embassy on Unity.

We would like to make this first meeting an official event, a signal of the strength of the Union, which provides the atmosphere in which multiple nations can cooperate for the benefit of all. After this official opening of negotiations, we suggest a series of meetings of our financial experts, to study our options and find the best form for this joint venture.

To reiterate, other parties are welcome at this meeting, and we hope to hear from those nations with an established interest in as well as those who wish to develop their economies in this area.
