The Veolian Commonwealth wishes it to be known that:

The Praetorian Empire and the Veolian Commonwealth have agreed upon a trade agreement for the Surface Heating of Tiam Luna under the following terms:

• The Praetorian Empire licenses the Surface Heating technology under the Veolian Commonwealth UE-NT-ED Technology License. The agreed upon licensing fee is 1000 .
• The Veolian Commonwealth will finish the terraformation initiation research (costing 750 ) in 32
• The sum of the licensing cost and the terraformation initiation research cost (totalling 1750 ) will be paid as follows: 500 in 32; 250 in 33-37.
• The Praetorian Empire will received 525 over the period of 33-38. The modules are paid for as follows: 50 + 187 in 33-37; 50 + 190 in 38

Veolian Commonwealth UE-NT-ED Technology License
The Veolian Commonwealth un-expiring non-transferable endorsed Technology License grants the licensee the right to make use of the licensed technology for any project endorsed by the Veolian Commonwealth. The license does not expire and is non-transferable (meaning that the rights granted by the license can not be transferred to a third party).
