The Sundarian Embassy on Mirda was situated in large manor house on an estate that had been acquired with the help of House Khaw. The estate featured a large variety of grassland, woods and gardens, though notable no jungle. Almost all the staff was housed on the estate grounds, save from the few that had more direct interaction with the Veolian Court and burocracy, for which the Embassy had acquired several lofts and housing in the different major cities of Mirda.

Miss Serrah and her aides were received by a butler, along with some of the staff, and lead through the hall to a large room that housed the estates library, but was clearly decorated for use in small private gatherings and personal negotiations.

The Sundarian Embassador, Thomas Pendra, was already presented and awaited his guests.

"Ah miss Serrah, it's good to see you. I trust your journey here was pleasant enough, please have a seat and some refreshments. Lady Neomi should be with us shortly."

While they settled in, the Embassy's household staff brought in a variety of refreshment, mostly local and traditional.

[Serrah]

Serrah arrives with two aides, one of which is clearly from the embassy on Unity.

"Thank you embassador, my journey was certainly pleasant."

After they settled in, Serrah selected a sparkling drink and some meat-based refreshments.

"Before we begin I would like to clarify that I am here on behalf of the veolian senator, lady Dewa Lanadi. She has aksed me to negotiate this agreement due to our long history. As such, I have been granted all necessary powers to negotiate as a representation of the commonwealth."

After taking a ship, she continued.

"How does Mirda agree with you so far, embassador?"

"Well enough, thank you." Thomas said as he too took some refreshments,

"I''ll admit that getting to fully understand the way things work around here will take me some time, but overall I must say the people have been helpful and the climate agrees with me.

Speaking of Senator Dewa Lanadi, I have indeed heard that she has been appointed after Senator Nehket Aeka has stepped down, but I haven't yet had the pleasure to meet her. Would you extend my congratulation to her on her appointment and my hope to speak with her soon. I'd be happy to show her around the estate, should she be on Mirda."

Thomas left a short silence, as he took a sip of what seemed to be a smoothy with some local fruits. Just as he was about to speak again, a member of the household staff quietly entered the room and announced the arrival of Lady Neomy.

"Ah good..." Thomas said after she too had settled in, " I propose that we get started. Milady.."

"Yes," Neomi said after she took some refreshments, for now keeping it to a cup of tea.

"miss Serrah, it is good to finally meet in person. I hope you don't mind me being a bit late, I had a private matter to attend to."

She then signalled on of the aides that had entered to room with her to hand out a document that listed all the current trades that existed between the Sundarian Federation and the Veolian Commonwealth, safe for the credit exchange, the CPC franchise agreement and the holonet bandwith payments.

"I have taken some time to summarize all the trades revolving around goods that are currently in effect between us."

"As you already mentioned in your response to our request for new trades as a result of the withdrawl of the Daryans from actively participating in the Union economy, the Commonwealth is looking to acquire more , and in amounts upwards of 150 goods each. Later the additional request was made to renegotiate other existing agreement, which is also why we are here now.

Now I can imagine that in the mean time the demands with Commonwealth have changed a bit, could give us an estimate of the amount of additional , and and possibily and as well the Commonwealth is consider to take in from us?"

"Thank you for the overview, lady de Savony.

I suggest that we extend the entertainment and ict agreement for another 30 under the current terms. This will mean renegotiations in 260, with unchanged fallback options. I have that this is agreeable to you.

As to the , and ... Our demand for the import of and has indeed diminished. We would like to buy 100 per , and suggest a deal at 0.35 per , with a 2-turn cancellation."

[Neomi de Savony]

"Very well,"

Neomi replied,

"I believe we can agree to both the continuation of our existing agreement regarding the Entertainment plan, as well as the new trade regarding 100 / @ .35 per . We'll start the delivers immediate, as preliminary calculations have shown this to be profitable for you."

[Serrah]

"You are correct, we can use the immediately."

"I dare say that this concludes the business part of this meeting?"

[Serrah]

As no one had other matters to discuss, Serrah made her goodbyes and left.
