[Praetorian Empire]

Due to the high demand in Mass Transit Cargo Freighters the Praetorian Empire has revised their strategy and will start selling to other Union worlds starting from turn 14.

Unfortunately turn 13 is needed to prepare our own trade fleet for shipping large quantities. We expect that prices might rise when the production stays at the current level. Both due to the Union subsidy and the fact that buying from us allows one to use their trade fleet for enterprises more profitable than running cargo from the Open Market.

Because of the high demand and the administration that all the trade deals will bring we have decided to implement a queue. The queue slots will correspond to turns, and Union worlds can buy a queue slot to receive a set number of for a set price in the bought queue slot. The down payment for the queue slot must be paid in the turn that the queue slot is reserved.

Once a queue slot has been bought, the Praetorian Empire guarantees the delivery of the bought amount of for the price set when the slot was bought. It is possible to cancel a queue slot; this will free the buyer from the obligation to buy the ordered for the set price, but forfeits the down payment. Upon cancellation the later queue slots will be given the option to advance.
