[Nathaniël le Froy]

((OOC: This topic is private to the members of the Bozzy Spine Infrastructural Committee: Serrah of the Veolian Commonwealth, Saleris of the Hiocan Society and Nathaniël le Froy of the Sundarian Federation.))

After making the necessary preparations and the reservation of a conference room on a suitable time, Nathaniël entered the room he had reserved for today's meeting carrying his briefcase which he neatly placed next to his seat after he had taken several sets of documents from it.

He then sought a comfortable position as he awaited the arrival of the other members of the committee.

[Serrah]

Serrah arrived about two minutes before the meeting. She was wearing a lot of translucent silk, tastefully held in place with expensive-looking golden jewellery set with rubies. Though she was covered enough to be decent it was, again, an outfit that seemed very much out of place in this office-like environment. She is carrying a datapad and a small bundle of paper in one hand, and a golden pen in the other.

"Chairman", she nodded toward Nathaniël le Froy as a way of greeting.

[Saleris]

Counselor Saleris comes in a minute before the meeting. She is dressed in a purple robe with various crystal looking structures embroidered in it. She carries her datapad and a small holoprojector. She make the Hiocan greeting upon entering.

“Good day mister le Froy, miss Serah.”

She takes a seat and set up the holoprojector.

Serrah looked at mister le Froy expectantly, waiting for him to formally open the meeting.

Serrah patiently waited for Nathaniël le Froy to actually open the meeting. When it became clear that he was not going to do so, she stood up again. Her intuition was to question the chairman's actions, but she was unsure of what her mistress would think of such behaviour.

"With all due respect, mister chairman, I expect next meeting's invitation to include an agenda for the meeting."

She wanted to a remark about wasted time, but she didn't.

"Good day", she said before bowing to the two other members and leaving.

((OOC: This thread has been laying around for a month now. With only a 2 weeks announced vacation of Stuiter (player of Saleris) in it, I think I have waited sufficiently long. As I will be gone from next week, I am extracting myself from the thread.))

Counselor Saleris gives a stern look to mister le Froy.

“Sir are we going to have a meeting or not?"

She waits for a answer if not she will also pack her stuff and leave.
