Make sure to fill in the Description [wiki] field with a short description of what still needs to be done and the User [ref::user] field with your username.

The Forum [forum] field is optional, but if you make a forum thread to discuss what you are working on, you can paste the thread number (the number immediately following the &t=) here and have it link to the forum.
