This race finds it easy to find and work with rare elements. The people are more skilled at extracting rare elements and produce more skilled workers, making the production of rare elements and rare element products much easier. The production bonus applies to all zones where any of the actual resource is being produced, but only for the relevant product. For example, a regular Rare Elements Zone would produce +10 (but not +5 ). You may only take this racial characteristic once.
