High Lord Yllia is the current elected ruler of the Sundarian Federation. Together with Lady Peinaili de Montrève, who represents the Sundarians in the Senate, Yllia has brought an age of stability and prosperity to the Federation.

He is a wealthy investor and businessman who was minded that the Sundarian People could benefit from Interstellar Research and Relations. When the Sundarian Government was unable to procure enough funding, Yllia funded large parts of this Research himself, this eventually won him the elections after contact was established with several other races.
