Weht is a planet in Sector 5 -5 with Frozen Oceans. Volcanic forces warm up the oceans at the bottom, where cities are housed under a two kilometre thick sheet of radioactive ice. The under-water cities of Weht are known for their seedy dealings as they make an ideal place for negotiations, spy exchanges and drug trades to take place without outside interruptions as communication with the outside galaxy is difficult at best.
