Emperor Thorios Olchazith is one of the oldest and wisest Praetorians. He was elected Emperor 36 years ago and still has 14 years left before new elections start. As Emperor of the Praetorian Empire he has a lot of executive power. When it comes to making new laws he is not the supreme ruler. All the laws have to be approved by a majority of the Elders. The Elders are a group of 16 old praetorians from all the regions of the empire. Furthermore the Elders usually advise the Emperor on a daily bases.
