The human cross-breed Tarina is supposedly the head of a large crime syndicate on Dhiahamara, but she is still free because lack of evidence. The Watch, the overarching organisation responsible for peacekeeping the cities on Dhiahamara, believes she is responsible for extortion, drugs dealing, various disappearances and falsifying documents and titles. Although The Watch have tried sometimes, no real charges have been pressed against Tarina because lack of evidence.

It is believed that she holds a close relationship with Thalen Voidhound to meet her needs of smuggling wares.
