When The Cradle project started, Samahadrahac served as the main provider for construction materials. However over time it was getting harder and harder to mine the metals and one by one the factories closed because they weren't producing any useful materials any more. Nowadays, the giant factory at the edge of a big lava ocean remains and still operates at full capacity. Literally pumping liquid metals out of the lava in great capacities. New mining techniques and a shift in demanded materials opened new opportunities for mining operations on the planet. And once again the mining business starts to bloom on the uninhabited planet.
