Parpavlaneta is the fifth planet in the Parumecaetes System. Although the planet does not feature an atmosphere, it is still heavily used to mine gasses. The porous stones beneath the surface contains enough precious gas to be mined effectively. So even while the planet is officially not habited, it is very busy with space travel carrying personal and materials from and towards the planet. This traffic creates a rather large amount of dust to hang low on the surface of the planet.
