Jothe Sias comes from the Limëan Republic and is a minister in the Caltulist Senate. He is somewhat more progressive and open-minded than his fellow colleagues and has therefore been chosen to be the senator in the Union. Because of his role as a senator he has an avatar of his own. This is to prevent confusion by the other members of the union.
