Fecta Curssum is the aide of Danar Torig. After some issues between Torig and the Praetorian Empire, Curssum is selected to handle any issues between the Teprogrenaian Consensus and the Empire. As time has passed by, the negotiations between the Praetorian Empire and the Consensus are once again mainly done by Torig.

Having ambitions, and being a quick learner, Fecta Curssum holds an prominent position within the Second Economical Consult. Although this function is mainly within the Consensus, so for the outside, Curssum is of little interest, thought it is expected he will grow to a higher function within the near future.
