Ariana Danacia arrives first in an empty class room. Then comes Tera Inogo and T'sal arrives as last to join the mission. After some small talk Jedi Master Leithor arrives. He starts with the mission briefing.

The Jedi have felt a disturbance in the Forced. They have received a report from the Unity City Police Department about a multiple homicide and we believe this is connected to the disturbance. They are five victims, all killed in the same manner, found close to the Purgatory nightclub. The Jedi are send to investigate the crime scene.

The Jedi arrive at the scene and are welcome by Dekok. First they take a look around the scene and check the bodies. The five victims lay slightly scattered. Each victim had their stomach cut open, their intestines spilling out. They had been laid in the shape of letters. One in the shape of a U, one as an I, one as an O and two as Ns. Each victim was from a different race. The bodies temperature were just slighting below ambient temperature. So there are lying here quite recent. T'sal helps taking evidence and recording the crime scene.

On the wall next to the scene the following code was written on the wall.

They Jedi started puzzling and after some time Tera Inogo cracked the code. Translation “after purgatory souls go walk between the homes away from home of stars” Ariana Danacia suggests a significant building or square between the embassies. There has been a report on a suspicious figure and some strange graffiti in that area. So they go there.

The graffiti was placed on a concrete wall of a small office building near several embassies with the following code.

Ariana Danacia investigates the paint and it is not dry. Tera Inogo breaks the code again. It translates to “was that fun? lets decide what will happen in the galaxy, shall we?”

T'sal takes a look around the building and finds a flowerbed with all flowers dead except one. They also find particles which are similar to that on the bodies. They call in assistance to take evidence. They contract the Unity Beautification Bureau to talk to the employer responsible for the flower bed.

The Jedi arrive at the Unity Beautification Bureau where they are welcomed by a very nervous secretary. She leads them to the manager who lead them the office of “Thomas Thomas”. He knocks but the door is not answered. Tera Inogo decides just to go in and opens the door. Inside the man in talking to himself and his split personality. His one personality seemed to be really scared and in panic while his other personality was calm and composed and talking about the beauty of killing. Tera has a talk with him and knocks hims down when they take him under arrest.

Master Leithor is not so pleased with use of brute force against the murderer. He had expected better of them, especially Ariana Danacia and T'sal for looking after Tera Inogo. They will meditate on it.
