Cassandra Holdings owns several subsidiary corporations active in the market. Their strategy is to acquire information-based corporations, sell unnecessary divisions and integrate the profitable divisions into one of their subsidiaries. The holdings corporation was intially established by House Dewa of the Veolian Commonwealth in 135, after a succesful hostile takeover of the Swyndale division of the now non-existent Gnosis Corporation.

Cassandra Holdings is organized in multiple divisions. The day-to-day operations of the corporation are the responsibility of the Chief Executive Officer, and the Chief Officers of each division. The positions of the Chief Executive Officer and other Chief Officers is fulfilled through appointment by the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors oversees the operations of the corporation. Their duties include governing the organization by establishing broad policies and objectives; selecting, appointing, supporting and reviewing the performance of the chief executive; ensuring the availability of adequate financial resources; approving annual budgets; accounting to the stakeholders for the organization's performance; and setting the salaries and compensation of company management.

The shares of the Cassandra Holdings corporation are publicly traded on the Megirda Exchange under the symbol CAHO.
