Cabew Illix was an aid to Senator Lonco Morubixaba in the Union Senate. He acted as temporary representative for the High Chiefdom of Skuldda while the senator was in jail after a drunken street racing incident and was later promoted to full Senator.

After losing to Lonco in a race, he also lost his position in the senate to his competitor, who by Skulddaran custom as a better racer must also be a better senator.
