The Vaspa Ahlstorm Conglomerate is a joint venture by Vaspa Industries and Ahlstorm Enterprise. The conglomerate focusses on industrial-scale chemical processing and material enrichment. The conglomerate has its origins in the chemicals refining and harvesting field, but has since branched out into large-scale processing and enrichment. Future strategic goals include branching out into physical materials processing through combined expertise and eventual acquisition of further processing lines.
The worlds represented in the VAC at its establishment are the Veolian Commonwealth and the Astai Republic. With the establishment of the metals branch, the Hiocan Society and the Unified Republic of Darya joined the conglomerate as well.
The conglomerate is under joint management of Vaspa Industries and Ahlstorm Enterprise. As such, the people in charge are Nehket Sajjana and Etaireia.

History
The conglomerate started out with the VAC Deuterium Branch and the VAC Coolant Branch. The 
179 establishment of a branch oriented towards mining and enriching metals, in the form of VAC QuadraCorp, VAC CATANB and VAC Ritsuri Mokev, contributes directly to the conglomerates strategic goals.
